Eligibility For Admission

A Pass in Higher Secondary Examinations with the following subjects
1. Physics, Chemistry, Biology & Maths.
2. Physics, Chemistry, Biology & Zoology.
3. Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations.


Minimum Age

Should have completed 17 Years.br
Procedure for Selection Selection will be on merit basis calculated on the total marks obtained in Physics & Chemistry in the second year of the qualifying examination. In case of a tie, marks obtained in chemistry will be considered, if there is still a tie, marks obtained in English will be considered, if there is still a tie, the candidate with higher age on the date of counseling will be considered.
Furnishing false information or particulars would result in the forfeiture of admission to the course. In addition; it will invite the relevant provisions of the criminal law of the land.

Admission

For genuine reasons, management will have the right to deny admission to any candidate even if otherwise eligible.
Selected candidates shall take admission at the appointed time and date in the college after paying the Tuition fee, Caution Deposit and special fee etc. failing which the offer of admission will be cancelled

How to Apply

The prospectus along with application form can be obtained directly from college office on payment of Rs.500/- or by sending a request along with a D.D. for Rs.550/- drawn in favour of Birsa school of Pharmacy, payable at Hazaribagh.
The application shall be submitted as detailed below.
Completed applications should be submitted to the college either by registered post or by hand. Applicants shall obtain acknowledgment from the college office, if the application is submitted in person.

Documents to be submitted along with the application form

1. Copy of Marks Cards (Self attested) of Qualifying examinations (XII/X).
2. Copy of the SSLC Certificate (Self attested) to prove date of birth.
3. Copy of Character and Conduct Certificate (Self attested).
